By submitting your planning fee, you're engaging Conscious Travel Collective to design a custom trip proposal built specifically for you. Your personal travel designer will begin work immediately, with first proposals typically delivered within 5 business days.
 
Your fee includes your initial proposal and up to two additional rounds of revisions — for a total of up to three versions of your trip. This fee is non-refundable. If you choose to book, the full amount is applied as a credit toward your final payment. Should you require additional revisions beyond three rounds, we'll discuss next steps together.
