In 2022, the Macari family unveiled "Meadowlark North Fork", a new concept featuring limited, small-batch wines, only available for purchase on-site. Wines are made with innovative techniques such as carbonic maceration, long lees aging, skin contact, and whole cluster fermentations.
 
Meadowlark North Fork is home to a year-round wine bar and sweeping gardens, perfect for our gathering, and where we will be having lunch (winepaired of course)!l
